Oh Thomas…
Hello, sweet friends!
I have been pondering this verse for a couple of weeks now, and I would love to chat with you about it.
Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29
Jesus spoke these words to Thomas after His resurrection.
Thomas was not there when Jesus first appeared to the disciples.
The disciples told Thomas all that happened! They could not control their excitement!
Gentle and Lowly…
This past month, I have really been diving into one of the fruits of The Spirit…Gentleness.
It is definitely not one of the most sought after virtues in our harsh society, is it?
We don’t hear lectures, lessons, or really any teaching on the virtue of gentleness…except in God’s Word.
There has to be a reason God wants to give us this fruit. It must be important to our faith journey.
It certainly is important.
From Brokenness to Purpose…
Many of you know that my 20 year old daughter, Presley, was in an accident a couple of months ago, I shared it in this post.
For a while, she has wanted to share her story with all of you.
Please read and be encouraged by her story, in her words.
God writes the best stories and hers is handwritten by His love and mercy.

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. Rescue me from my enemies, O LORD, for I hide myself in you. Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground.
