Suddenly, I jostle awake. My eyes scream open, my heart rate soars. I look over at the clock, praying it’s very close to the 5:00 am wake up.

It’s not.

2:11 am.

Here we go. Again….

Suzanne Chambers and I met years ago at a Chicfila in Athens, Ga. We sat down for coffee and I remember thinking, “Gosh, I want to be where she is in her faith.”

Halfway done teaching my YogaFaith class, my heart started beating hard as I read the text.

I was sure the class could see my heart pounding through my t- shirt.

With sweaty hands, I immediately responded back to him, “Of course, darling.”
